Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data

Hostway Deutschland enters an Agreement on the processing of personal data on behalf of a controller in accordance with Article 28 (3) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with all customers, in compliance to European data privacy law. If you are a customer and have not signed such an agreement yet, or if the circumstances regarding the processing of personal data have changed, you can download and use this agreement template. In the document, you will also find our latest “Technical and Organizational Measures“.

Please fill in your company data, and, if possible, your customer number at Hostway Deutschland at the top of page 1. Please check all relevant boxes in the document, and, if applicable, fill in additional data. Please sign the document on page 9 and send it to us either via email (as a PDF attachment of the scan), via fax (to: +49-511-71260-198), or by snail mail (to: “Hostway Deutschland GmbH, Am Mittelfelde 29, D-30519 Hannover, Germany”). We will send you a countersigned copy shortly after we receive yours.

The GDPR Agreement draft has been approved by the the Office of the State Commissioner for data protection in Lower Saxony on November 9, 2022.
